Min 4 years of exp in various HVAC Sites management- responsible for project planning, site management, coordination with clients and ensuring project completion within
timelines and budget.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Supervise HVAC project execution at various sites, including VRF systems, ducting, piping, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
- - Prepare detailed execution plans and ensure projects are implemented as per design
- specifications and timelines.
- - Regularly update management on site progress, risks, and resource requirements.
- - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workforce for smooth site operations.
- - Read, interpret, and work according to HVAC layout drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct site measurements for certification and billing purposes.
- - Calculate manpower requirements and plan daily workforce
- Adhere to quality and safety standards during project execution.
- - Maintain project documentation and support the invoicing process with proper
- certifications.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
