Placement Coordinator
Job Overview
We are looking for a Placement Coordinator to support student placement activities and coordinate with companies for career opportunities. The role involves student communication, placement assistance, employer coordination, and maintaining placement-related records. This position is suitable for candidates with good communication skills and an organized, student-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with students regarding placement opportunities and assist them with the application process
Coordinate with companies and support placement tie-ups for student opportunities
Communicate with students and guardians regarding placement updates, concerns, and related information
Maintain placement records, follow-up data, and student progress updates
Support day-to-day placement and coordination activities
Requirements
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi
1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers may also apply
Good coordination and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
