About the Role
Babaji 4PL is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to develop impactful visual communication across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in branding, campaign design, motion graphics, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for digital, social media, print, packaging, OOH, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop brand identities, key visuals, and campaign assets.
- Create motion graphics and video content for digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute creative concepts.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain high creative standards.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Graphic Design, Branding, or Advertising.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, print, digital, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Working knowledge of Figma is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in an advertising agency or branding studio is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Experience: 5–8 Years
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
