We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers professionally. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or a related field.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
