Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Role Summary:
Responsible for payment follow-ups, order coordination, and customer communication to ensure smooth execution and timely closure of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for pending payments
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams (sales, dispatch, accounts)
- Provide accurate order status updates
- Confirm material delivery and handle post-dispatch follow-ups
- Maintain records of orders, payments, and communication
- Ensure quick response to customer queries and issues
Requirements:
- Good communication & follow-up skills
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM
- 1–3 years experience in customer service/backend role preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
