Junior Executive – Sales & Marketing (International Customer Relations)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to support customer relationship management, sales coordination, and order execution activities. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and follow-up until delivery.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Support customer meetings and sales activities.
- Develop product knowledge to address customer requirements effectively.
Requirements
- Engineering Graduate and/or MBA (Marketing).
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering Products, or B2B industries is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
