Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and marketing leads. • Identify startups, freelancers, SMEs, and businesses looking for office space solutions. • Generate and qualify leads based on workspace requirements and budget. Customer Engagement • Introduce the company's coworking spaces, facilities, membership plans, and pricing. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable workspace solutions. • Answer inquiries and resolve basic customer queries professionally. Appointment & Site Visit Coordination • Schedule site visits, workspace tours, and meetings for the sales team. • Coordinate with prospects to ensure attendance for scheduled visits. • Send reminders and follow up before appointments. Follow-up & Lead Nurturing • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects. • Maintain engagement with leads until conversion or closure. • Reconnect with inactive leads and explore potential opportunities. CRM & Data Management • Update customer information, call outcomes, and lead status in the CRM system. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities. • Ensure lead data is organized and up to date. Sales Support • Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into customers. • Share customer insights and requirements with relevant stakeholders. • Support promotional campaigns and occupancy initiatives. Target Achievement • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. • Achieve lead generation and appointment-setting goals. • Contribute to occupancy and revenue growth objectives. Reporting & Performance Tracking • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports. • Track lead progress and conversion metrics. • Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications • Any graduate or diploma holder. • 1–3 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service (real estate, coworking, hospitality, or B2B sales experience preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to persuade and engage potential clients. • Proficiency in English and local language(s). • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
