Offish Character Art Studio is looking for a creative and technically strong Architect / Design Project Lead who can bridge architecture, art, fabrication, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design sensibility with project management, coordination and leadership skills, and enjoys working on unconventional, immersive, and narrative-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and spatial design development for experiential, themed, and creative projects
- Translate conceptual ideas into practical, buildable solutions
- Coordinate with artists, fabricators, consultants, vendors, and clients
- Manage project timelines, drawings, revisions, approvals, and execution workflows
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and technical documentation
- Oversee design intent during fabrication and on-site execution
- Identify design challenges, clashes, and practical solutions proactively
- Support budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and team coordination
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in architecture, interiors, exhibition, experiential, or design-build projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and 3D visualization tools
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, detailing, and execution
- Ability to read and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage both creative and technical aspects of projects
- Experience in multidisciplinary or fabrication-driven environments is a plus
