About the Opportunity
We are building a technology-driven Insurance Distribution Firm focused on making insurance more accessible, transparent, and convenient through digital channels and strategic distribution networks.
We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Co-Founder who can play a key role in building the company from the ground up. The selected candidate will work closely with the founding team to develop the business model, build partnerships, expand distribution, drive revenue, and establish the company as a trusted insurance distribution platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business growth strategy.
- Build partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, agents, POSPs, corporates, fintech companies, and other distribution partners.
- Create and scale digital and offline insurance distribution channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, sales, revenue, and market expansion.
- Build and manage high-performing sales and business development teams.
- Develop strategic partnerships and corporate relationships.
- Work with the technology team to create seamless digital insurance journeys.
- Identify new business opportunities across Health, Life, Motor, General, and other insurance segments.
- Develop the company's go-to-market strategy and expansion roadmap.
- Participate in key strategic decisions, fundraising, investor discussions, and business planning.
- Build a strong brand focused on trust, transparency, customer service, and innovation.
- Ensure sustainable growth while working within applicable insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for building and scaling businesses.
- Experience in Insurance, BFSI, FinTech, InsurTech, Digital Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong understanding of sales, partnerships, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Existing network within the insurance or financial services ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Ability to build teams and lead business operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to convert ideas into scalable business opportunities.
