International Sales Manager (Packaging Domain)
Job Overview: Responsible for driving international sales and business development for the UK and European Market in the packaging segment. The role focuses on expanding global markets, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and promoting innovative packaging solutions to achieve revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute international sales strategies for packaging products
● Identify and acquire new overseas clients and markets
● Manage key international accounts and client relationships
● Conduct market research and analyze global demand trends
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
● Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for order execution
● Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
● Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
● Track sales performance and prepare reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field
2–5 years of experience in international sales (packaging industry preferred)
Strong skills in client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management
Knowledge of export processes and global market dynamics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
