Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the outreach, institutional collaborations, and growth initiatives of the Center. The role focuses on building strong relationships with parents, schools, hospitals, pediatric professionals, NGOs, and community organizations to increase awareness and support for special children services offered by the organization.
The candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s presence, generating admissions inquiries, promoting therapy and educational programs, and supporting the long-term growth of the Center while maintaining ethical and child-focused practices.
Key Responsibilities:-
- B2B Partnership Development: Secure strategic alliances with pediatric hospitals, clinics, and mainstream schools to establish structured referral pathways for special children (Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities).
- Enrollment Growth: Execute targeted outreach strategies to increase enrollment across physical centers, early intervention programs, and teletherapy platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with developmental pediatricians, child psychologists, and school boards.
- Market Outreach: Represent the center at healthcare conferences, educational fairs, and community workshops to build brand authority.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of child development services and special education sector preferred.
- Strong B2B pitching, negotiation, and contract closing skills.
- Proficiency in tracking metrics via CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preferred Qualification:-
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Partnerships within Healthcare, Ed-Tech, Special Education, or NGOs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
