Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive with strong communication and negotiation abilities to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and field visits
- Present and explain products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain records of sales activities and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence in client handling and presentations
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
