Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Field Sales Officer to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships within the assigned territory. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and expanding market reach through effective field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to increase market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with customers.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide prompt after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in territory management and customer acquisition.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
