Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

3+ years supporting hospital Revenue Cycle applications
-
Experience with Patient Accounting systems (Invision preferred, Oracle Health/Cerner strongly preferred)
-
Experience supporting 835 remittance files and 837 claims transactions
-
Experience with revenue cycle vendor applications such as Change Healthcare, FinThrive, Quadax, Experian, clearinghouses, and payment posting solutions
-
Application troubleshooting, configuration, production support, and incident resolution experience
-
Experience with system testing, upgrades, implementations, and workflow optimization
-
Knowledge of patient billing, claims processing, payment posting, denials, collections, and reimbursement workflows
-
Healthcare IT Revenue Cycle application support experience
-
Patient Accounting system experience (Invision and/or Oracle Health/Cerner preferred)
-
Claims, billing, payment posting, and remittance processing knowledge
-
Third-party revenue cycle vendor support experience
-
Experience working in a production support environment
-
Understanding of interfaces, file processing, and data validation
-
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticket management systems

Proven solid communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
