Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic Assistant Branch Heads to support branch operations, business development, customer service, and team management while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily branch operations and customer service activities.
- Drive business growth in Gold Loans, Investments, Insurance, and allied products.
- Assist in achieving branch sales and collection targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
- Support staff training and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Prepare operational and business reports.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Gold Loan, or Financial Services.
- Strong customer relationship and sales skills.
- Ability to manage branch operations independently.
- Good communication and leadership abilities.
