Patient Assessment & Care Planning
Evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, implement treatments, and assess outcomes based on each patient’s specific needs.
Clinical Procedures
Administer medications via tablets, injections, and IV infusions; change wound dressings; assist physicians during surgeries and diagnostic procedures.
Vital Signs Monitoring
Regularly measure and record pulse, temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs; track patient progress and responses to treatments.
Care Coordination
Communicate effectively with doctors, physicians, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care.
Medical Documentation
Maintain precise, up-to-date patient records, nursing charts, and all required medical documentation. Ward & Inventory Management Ensure ward cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards; manage nursing supplies and medication inventory.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
