Role Overview:
The Oracle EBS - Workday Specialist will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing integrated enterprise solutions for our clients. This role involves working closely with client stakeholders, functional teams, and technical experts to analyze business requirements, configure systems, and ensure seamless data flow and process alignment between Oracle EBS and Workday platforms. The impact of this role is significant, directly contributing to enhanced operational efficiency, improved data integrity, and successful digital transformation initiatives that underpin our clients' strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into effective functional and technical solutions within Oracle EBS and Workday environments for various client projects.
- Design, configure, and implement modules within Oracle EBS (e.g., Financials, HRMS, SCM) and Workday (e.g., HCM, Financials, Payroll) to meet specific client needs and industry best practices.
- Develop and manage integration strategies and solutions between Oracle EBS and Workday, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and efficient process orchestration.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS and Workday applications, resolving complex issues and optimizing system performance for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical developers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive and high-quality enterprise solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing, to validate configurations and integrations, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the organization.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS modules, particularly Financials, HRMS, or Supply Chain Management.
- Profound understanding and hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials, including configuration, business processes, and reporting.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex integrations between disparate enterprise systems, leveraging various integration tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of diagnosing and resolving intricate system and business process challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders, presenting technical concepts clearly, and facilitating productive discussions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field from a reputable institution.
- Adaptability and self-management skills to thrive in a dynamic, multi-location, or remote work environment, ensuring project continuity and collaboration.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
