Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with prospective students.
- Explain beauty, makeup, hair, skin, nail, cosmetology, and nutrition courses.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Schedule counseling sessions and campus visits.
- Handle WhatsApp and phone inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the marketing teams.
