We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Civil Site Engineer to join Bhaggyam Constructions. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying the site.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and other team members.
- Maintain daily site reports, materials records, and labour data.
- Monitor the use of materials and control waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at the site.
- Assist in quality control checks and inspections.
- Liaise with the site/project manager for timely execution of tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in construction site supervision (internship or project exposure is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction drawings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills(Tamil Mandatory)
- Willingness to work at project locations and in field conditions.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
