We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience and must be well-versed in GST, PF, ESI, and Inventory/Stock Management.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
- PF and ESI calculation, filing, and compliance management
- Preparation and maintenance of financial records
- Handling invoices, purchase orders, vendor payments, and receivables
- Bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Inventory and stock record management
- Monitoring material inward/outward entries and stock reports
- Assisting in statutory compliance and audits
- Preparing MIS reports and supporting management with financial data
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant
- Strong knowledge of GST, PF, and ESI procedures
- Experience in inventory/stock management
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience in engineering, electrical, automation, manufacturing, or industrial companies
- Knowledge of payroll processing
