Responsibilities of Well Being Manager cum Head Nurse
· Organizing events and activities thru-out the year
· Making activity charts and send them for approval every Wednesday and get the freezed activity chart by Thursday for implementation
· Conduct the wellbeing activity amongst residents
· Find budding talents and event related vendors
· Get quotes related to activities requiring an expense and send it for approval from Center Manager
· All medical communication with hospital / residents
· handling the medical team
· Ambulance site upkeep, replenishment of consumables thru agency and renewal
· Records of the resident’s profile, coordination with medical team for updating of resident’s medical records thru medical team under doctor.
· Interacting with residents on initially on daily basis and then periodically. Single resident meeting daily.
· Calling those who have not turned up for breakfast to ensure all okay
· Organizing health and medical talks thru tie-up hospitals
· Keep track of the insurance coverage, due dates and reminders to residents for renewals.
· Sending the medical reports on quarterly basis to the resident’s kith & kin
Other
- Cover up for colleagues in their absence
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
