Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell our range of tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, and other construction chemical solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, providing technical support to customers, and building strong relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants.
Key Responsibilities
● Promote and sell tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, and other construction chemicals.
● Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and project opportunities.
● Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, architects, and consultants to generate business.
● Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
● Provide technical guidance on product selection and application methods.
● Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
● Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and orders.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
● Maintain regular customer contact and ensure high customer satisfaction.
● Submit sales reports, market feedback, and visit reports to management.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
● Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
● Experienced candidates with 1–5 years of sales experience in construction chemicals, tile adhesives, waterproofing products, cement, paints, tiles, or building materials are preferred.
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Basic understanding of construction practices and building materials.
● Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
● Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Preferred Experience
● Experience in tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, AAC block adhesives, cement-based products, or related construction materials.
● Existing relationships with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, or dealers.
● Experience handling dealer networks and project sales.
