Require Experience in Attendance & Payroll Support and Recruitment & Onboarding ,responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, statutory compliance, attendance management, and employee relations activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations and Maintain records related to
PF & ESIC/Bonus Act/Gratuity Act/ Contractor Manpower /Employee engagement and HR Administration.
Required Skills:
- Recruitment and manpower planning.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Payroll and attendance management.
- Employee relations and grievance handling.
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a steel plant, manufacturing, or engineering industry.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or equivalent.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
