Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Location: Sitabari, Jaipur
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate course information, and ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries effectively
- Maintain and update student records, databases, and follow-ups
- Assist students throughout the admission journey—from inquiry to enrollment
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication
- Meet admission targets and contribute to overall team performance
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or sales is preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
