About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Mid-Level Copywriter with 5–7 years of experience in advertising, branding, or real estate communication. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of luxury and mid-segment real estate branding, campaign ideation, and integrated marketing communication across digital, print, social, outdoor, and film.
You will work closely with creative directors, art teams, strategists, and client servicing teams to develop compelling concepts, campaign narratives, launch communication, brand positioning, and sales-driven advertising content for premium real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative campaign concepts, taglines, headlines, and brand narratives for real estate brands and projects.
Write high-impact copy for:
Print ads
Digital campaigns
Social media
Outdoor hoardings
Brochures & sales collaterals
Website content
AV scripts & launch films
WhatsApp and CRM communication
Translate architectural, lifestyle, and amenity concepts into aspirational consumer communication.
Create brand positioning routes and campaign thought starters for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Collaborate with designers and visualizers to ensure copy and visuals work cohesively.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch presentations.
Understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor communication in the real estate sector.
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all touchpoints.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in advertising, branding, or creative agencies.
Prior experience in real estate advertising is highly preferred.

Integrated advertising work
Exceptional command over English copywriting and storytelling.
Ability to think strategically as well as creatively.
Understanding of premium/luxury consumer communication.

Proficiency in developing both long-form and short-form communication.
