We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow UI Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow UI Builder and Playbook development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing modern user experiences on the ServiceNow platform, building configurable workspaces, and implementing Playbooks to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Configure and customize Configurable Workspaces within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow Playbooks for guided workflows and business process automation.
- Build reusable UI components, pages, and experiences using UI Builder.
- Configure Playbook experiences based on business requirements.
- Develop integrations with ServiceNow modules and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs where required.
- Create and customize forms, portals, dashboards, and widgets.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and deployment activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Mandatory experience in ServiceNow Playbook development and configuration.
- Experience in Configurable Workspace development.
- Good understanding of the Now Experience Framework.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with Service Portal customization is an added advantage.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security, ACLs, and platform architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- UI Builder or Next Experience-related certifications are preferred.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Preferred Experience
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with UI Builder.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Playbook is mandatory.
- Experience working on ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹51,510.58 per month
