- Screen applicants for technical competencies, certifications, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and technical leads.
- Manage offers including salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Build pipelines for high-demand roles like RF, Field, and Core Network Engineers.
- Track metrics such as time-to-hire, source quality, and offer acceptance rates.

Required Skills & ExperienceRequirementDescription
Experience3+ years in technical recruitment, with at least 1+ years explicitly in telecom.\
Domain KnowledgeDeep understanding of 5G, LTE, RF, Fiber (FTTH), VoIP, and OSS/BSS.
Sourcing ToolsAdvanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms.
Soft SkillsExcellent screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical background (e.g., B.Tech/B.Sc in Electronics/Telecommunications) is highly preferred.
