Job Role:
Civil, Structural and MEP Works:
· Preparation of Baseline Schedule
· Acquittance with planning software – MSP till Level 5 minimum
· Quantity Survey, BOQ and Estimate Preparation.
· Preparation & Evaluation of RA Bills.
· Monitoring of progress, catchup schedule, delay analysis & recovery measures
· Preparation of Reconciliation Statement.
· Preparation of WPR/MPR/DPR
· Identification/ Evaluation of extra items and certification.
· Preparation of MIS Report for the project.
· Preparing and Maintaining important project control documents, records and drawings in organized and accurate manner.
Specify UG Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
Candidate Profile:
For a Site/ Project office of a Project Management Consultancy Company.
· Engineers with experience in Planning and project control, Billing, Quantity Survey, BBS, Cost Management, Tendering and Contracts in the above fields need apply.
· Excellent communication skills and computer skills in MS Office & Auto Cad are a must.
· Hands on Experience in MSP is desirable. (Prima vera would be a plus)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
