About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive insights.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions and service offerings.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions for potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Familiarity with sales automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a remote or distributed work environment.
