- Lead a small team of engineers focused on ERP solutions for Indian SMB segment customers.,Serve as the primary customer-facing engineer, managing client engagements and solution delivery.,Architect and customize ERP solutions, preferably on the ERPNext platform, including installation and building additional layers.,Drive requirement gathering and solution discussions with customers, balancing technical, business, and domain perspectives.,Deliver projects through a combination of personal contribution and team efforts.,Work closely with SMB clients primarily based in the Bangalore region to understand and address their ERP needs.,Ensure timely and quality delivery of ERP customization and implementation projects.,Collaborate within the organization environment, maintaining accountability for customer satisfaction and solution effectiveness.
