Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)
Job Role:
Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, and support via voice process. Ensure high customer satisfaction with accurate and timely resolutions.
Eligibility:
- Graduates with 6 months experience
- Undergraduates with 12 months experience
- Excellent English communication skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to 36K CTC
- 5 days working
- Cab/Shuttle facility provided
