ROLE- To generate Enquiries/Leads through Calls & Chat from Corporate Customers &
pass on the Lead to Tele-Sales Team based at Mumbai Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
1.Generating Sales Enquiries from Corporate Customers (existing & New) through various Channels- Calls, Emails, Social Media, Whatsapp, Website, Business Directories etc.
2.Understanding Customer’s Profile in detail through research on Online Platforms before approaching.
3.Understanding Customer’s Requirements in detail & also understand the Customer & enter details in Lead Management System.
4.Answering Customer Queries in detail as per our SOPs.
5.Manage Internal Systems, Documentation & Creating Tele-Calling Reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
