We are looking for a sharp, culturally-wired Social Media Think Box Lead who lives and breathes social media. This is not a conventional social media manager role — it is a creative powerhouse position that sits at the intersection of strategy, ideation, and execution leadership.
You will own the ideation pipeline, build decks that inspire, direct creative output, and ensure every piece of content that goes out the door meets a high creative bar. You will also mentor and manage a lean, fast-moving social team.
Ideation & Strategy
- Lead the ideation process for all social media campaigns, organic content, and reactive moments across platforms.
- Build and maintain a rolling content calendar grounded in trends, cultural moments, and brand objectives.
- Identify white-space opportunities and pitch bold, original content concepts to leadership.
- Stay perpetually ahead of Instagram algorithm changes, Reels formats, Collab posts, Close Friends strategy, broadcast channels, and emerging features.
Deck Creation & Presentations
- Create high-quality strategy decks, campaign proposals, and creative briefs for internal and client-facing use.
- Present ideas confidently to stakeholders with clear rationale, platform logic, and expected outcomes.
- Structure decks that are visually compelling and narratively tight — not just pretty slides.
Creative Direction
- Give clear creative direction to designers, videographers, copywriters, and content creators.
- Define visual language, tone of voice, content pillars, and platform-specific formats for each brand or campaign.
- Review and push back on output that doesn't meet the creative brief; articulate why and how to fix it.
- Ensure brand consistency and creative freshness coexist in all deliverables.
Quality Control
- Own the final quality check process before content goes live — grammar, visuals, brand fit, platform best practices.
- Build QC checklists and SOPs that the team can rely on independently.
- Flag and resolve last-minute issues without slowing down the publishing cadence.
Team Management
- Manage and mentor a team of social media executives, content creators, and freelancers.
- Assign briefs, set timelines, review work, and unblock team members.
- Foster a culture of creative risk-taking within a disciplined execution framework.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and help team members grow their craft.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
