The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day accounting transactions, maintain flawless financial records, and support statutory tax compliance. This role serves as the operational backbone of the finance team, ensuring accurate data entry, timely reconciliations, and smooth financial reporting processes.

➡Key Responsibilities
Core Accounting & Ledger Management
- Daily Transactions: Record and verify daily financial transactions, including journal entries, payroll entries, and operational expenses.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Review and maintain general ledger accounts to ensure accurate classification of codes and cost centers.
Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR/AP)
- Vendor Management: Process vendor invoices, verify operational approvals, schedule vendor payments, and handle payment queries.
- Billing & Collections: Issue customer invoices, track aging accounts receivables, and follow up with commercial teams or customers to ensure timely collections.
Reconciliations & Reporting Support
- Bank & Cash Reconciliation: Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations, checking account balances and resolving discrepancies.
- Month-End Support: Assist the Finance Manager during month-end and year-end book closures by preparing accrual schedules and variance breakdowns.
- MIS Assistance: Compile financial data to help build monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and spending dashboards.
Taxation & Audit Compliance
- Statutory Returns: Collate data and draft calculations for monthly statutory filings, such as GST, TDS, and other local corporate tax returns.
- Audit Documentation: Organize financial records, vouchers, and ledger schedules to directly assist internal and external auditors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related business field (e.g., B.Com, BBA, Inter-CA, or Inter-CMA).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of continuous corporate accounting or general ledger experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting systems like Tally Prime, SAP, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (specifically VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables).
- Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, highly organized, comfortable meeting strict closing deadlines, and good professional communication skills.
Pay: From ₹144,016.05 per year
