About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Loan Sales Executives to help customers secure the right financial solutions. The role involves generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into loan disbursements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property.
- Connect with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and field visits (if required).
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Guide customers through documentation and application processes.
- Coordinate with banking and NBFC partners for approvals and disbursements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of loan products and financial services.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus.
