QBay Careers is seeking a dedicated and professional Organizational Counsellor with experience in Human Resources, Counselling, and Career Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing career guidance, conducting mock interviews, supporting candidate development, and enhancing employability skills through personalized counselling and coaching sessions.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about mentoring, talent development, workplace wellbeing, and helping candidates achieve their academic and professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students, graduates, and professionals.
- Provide career guidance and support individuals in identifying suitable academic and career pathways.
- Conduct mock interviews and assess candidate performance, communication skills, confidence, and interview readiness.
- Deliver constructive feedback and personalized improvement plans to candidates.
- Guide candidates in professional communication, workplace etiquette, and career development.
- Assist candidates with interview preparation, confidence building, and job readiness training.
- Review and provide recommendations for resumes, CVs, and professional profiles.
- Monitor candidate progress through regular follow-ups and counselling sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support candidate placement and career development initiatives.
- Organize workshops and training sessions on interview skills, personality development, communication skills, and career growth.
- Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, candidate assessments, and progress reports.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical practices in all counselling activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counselling, HR, recruitment, career guidance, training, or employee development.
- Experience conducting mock interviews, candidate assessments, or career coaching sessions is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and build confidence in candidates.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Professional, empathetic, and candidate-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
