Job Title: CRM Executive

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Hotel / Airline / Luxury Segment preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Skills Required
- Strong command over English, Marathi, and Hindi
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders efficiently
- Good follow-up and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders of group companies
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure achievement of monthly targets
- Provide support in post-sales activities and customer servicing
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and channel partners
- Assist in resolving queries and maintaining smooth business coordination
- Maintain records of communication and prepare basic reports as required
