Job Summary
Shobhi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, site coordination, contractor management, measurement verification, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and maintain project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractor activities.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with the office and purchase team.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively.
Quality Control
- Conduct quality inspections of civil works.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Verify dimensions, levels, and workmanship before approvals.
- Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
Quantity Surveying & Billing
- Measure executed work and prepare quantity reports.
- Verify contractor bills and client billing quantities.
- Track material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and cost monitoring.
Safety Management
- Ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Report and investigate any safety incidents.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs).
- Update project trackers, drawings, and site records.
- Prepare site photographs and progress presentations.
- Submit regular reports to management and clients.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site execution.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or building projects preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of RCC, structural steel, finishing, and civil construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site workforce effectively.

Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10 AM to 6PM
