The candidate will be responsible for training aspiring teachers in Montessori methodology and ensuring high-quality teaching standards with well-known Montessori practical apparatus.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on Montessori education principles
- Develop lesson plans and training materials
- Mentor and support trainee teachers
- Evaluate trainees through assessments and feedback
- Maintain training records and progress reports
- Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices
- Practical knowledge in Montessori apparatus
- child psychology
Qualifications & Skills
Preferring Montessori certification
Degree compulsory
Preferring 1–2 years of experience in teaching or training
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passion for early childhood education
Ability to manage classroom training effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
