Job Summary
We are looking for a Electrical Engineer to manage and supervise electrical works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for execution, site coordination, quality control, material management, testing, and ensuring electrical works are completed safely and as per drawings and project specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Project Execution
- Supervise and execute electrical installation works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure electrical works are completed according to project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with civil, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and other project teams.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure proper installation of electrical equipment, cables, panels, lighting, earthing, and other systems.
Site Supervision
- Supervise electricians, technicians, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Allocate work and monitor manpower productivity.
- Check work progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
Technical Responsibilities
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and specifications.
- Check cable sizes, panel schedules, load requirements, and electrical installations.
- Supervise cable laying, cable termination, panel installation, lighting, power distribution, and earthing works.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Identify technical problems and provide suitable solutions.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams.
- Ensure proper testing and documentation of completed works.
- Follow all site safety procedures and electrical safety requirements.
- Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective action.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain material consumption and requirement records.
- Prepare inspection requests and work completion documentation.
- Coordinate with planning and billing teams for work progress and measurements.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handover documents.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction and site execution.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Knowledge of LT/HT systems, panels, cables, lighting, earthing, and power distribution.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong site coordination and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
