Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our production units, kitchens, outlets, and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all machinery, utilities, electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and preventive maintenance activities across locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
* Handle maintenance of kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, ovens, electrical panels, plumbing, and utilities.
* Maintain asset and maintenance records for all outlets and production facilities.
* Reduce machine downtime and improve operational efficiency.
* Coordinate with external vendors, AMC providers, and technicians.
* Ensure proper functioning of safety systems including fire suppression systems, exhausts, and electrical safety.
* Supervise maintenance staff and technicians across outlets.
* Monitor spare parts inventory and maintenance consumables.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food industry standards.
* Prepare maintenance schedules and daily/weekly reports.
* Support new outlet setup, installation, and commissioning activities.
Requirements
* Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 10+ years’ experience in maintenance operations, preferably in QSR, hospitality, food production, or commercial kitchens.
* Good knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and preventive maintenance.
* Ability to handle multiple outlets and urgent breakdown situations.
* Strong vendor management and team handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge for maintenance tracking and reporting.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Steam & Thermic fluid Boilers, Bakery ovens, refrigeration systems, kitchen utilities, and food production machinery.
* Knowledge of AMC management and preventive maintenance systems.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
