Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for railway projects (materials, equipment, and services).
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost efficiency.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project timelines.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
Ensure compliance with railway standards, government norms, and company policies.
Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams for procurement planning.
Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and manage inventory levels.
Handle tendering processes (GeM, e-procurement portals, railway tenders, etc.)
Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong knowledge of railway materials, components, and vendor ecosystem.
Experience in handling government tenders (GeM portal, railway bidding).
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
