- Supervise the manufacturing of modular furniture, wardrobes, and other interior components.
- Manage and coordinate carpenters, machine operators, and polishing/painting teams.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules while maintaining strict quality control standards.
- Oversee and supervise interior work at construction sites.
- Coordinate effectively between the design team, factory staff, and on-site workers.
- Handle the procurement and ordering of materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, veneer, boards, and accessories.
- Collect and review BOQs, track material usage, and coordinate procurement for interior projects.
