- Before starting the work collect the required documents, tools and equipment for the work
- Study the design and specification of the current work order.
- Conduct the inspection of the work order on the base of the design and checklist.
- Prepare the inspection checklist and prepare the re-correction check sheet for correction(If any)
- Conduct on time inspection of work order properly and hand over inspection re-correction report to the stage Production Engineer(If any).
- In the re-correction check sheet specify the root cause of complaints.
- Stage Production Engineer take up corrective action of complaints and continuous monitoring
- After corrective actions, the work order gets re-inspected and verify that all complaints are rectified.
- These processes will continue till all complaints are rectified in the work order
- Inspection checklist and re-correction check sheet submitted to quality head in charge.
- Conduct final inspection before work order transfer to next stage.
- If any design change or production change is needed in the work order then the corresponding request submitted to respective authorities and changes will adapted into the work.
- Prepare, maintain, and update all necessary documents and formats.
- To communicate issues that require more attention and properly communicate it with higher officials in charge and stage Production Engineer.
- After Inspection observed issues are noted in the rework traveler and handed over to the Production Engineer
- Trace corrective action from the Production Engineer.
- Once the inspection is completed part is 100% not ok means putting a rejected tag on the part and hold for rework and also reporting in Kondody Official Group.
- Ensure work inspection, Control documents, and drawings for each stage.
- Proper handling of MRB (Material Review Board) materials.
- Responsible to be present duties on time.
- Leaves and shifts in work should be taken only after obtaining permission from the General Manager.
- Ensure that all necessary documents are updated and recorded properly.
- Ensure the workstation is clean at all the times.
- Ensure all incoming production materials are inspected properly.
- Prepare material inspection report (MIR) of each and every materials used for production. This process is based on particular store where materials stored.
- Attach test certificates and material details of each and every material with MIR.
- Prepare, maintain and update all necessary documents and formats of MIR.
- If any material is damaged inform higher officials.
