About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and professional Inbound Travel Consultant to handle international travel inquiries for India, Nepal, and Bhutan tours. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with foreign clients, creating customized itineraries, managing quotations, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
This role requires excellent communication skills, destination knowledge, and strong customer handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound travel inquiries from international clients
- Design customized travel itineraries for India, Nepal & Bhutan
- Prepare quotations and travel proposals
- Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, and local partners
- Follow up with clients through email, calls, and WhatsApp
- Convert leads into bookings through professional communication
- Provide complete travel assistance before and during the trip
- Manage client databases and booking records
- Resolve customer queries and provide quick solutions
- Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Minimum basic knowledge of international travel handling
- Good destination knowledge of India tourism
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle foreign clients professionally
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and travel operations
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Preferred Candidates:
- Experience in inbound travel sales or operations
- Knowledge of international traveler expectations
- Experience in itinerary creation and quotation handling
- Passion for tourism and hospitality industry
Eligibility:
- Graduate / MBA / BBA / Hospitality / Tourism background preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Training Period:
- Initial 7–10 days training period may be unpaid based on learning and performance evaluation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
