Sales & Marketing Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive
customer acquisition, build brand presence, and support business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
● Identify and generate new leads through various channels
● Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings
● Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
● Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Marketing
● Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
● Create and manage content for social media and promotions
● Support branding and awareness initiatives
● Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
Coordination
● Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
● Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
● Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and activities
Work Mode
● Hybrid
● Candidates may be required to attend office meetings, client visits, or training
sessions when needed.
Required Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated and target-oriented
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
● Comfortable using digital tools
● Willingness to engage in field work as part of the role
