Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Suggesting solutions on various situations and improvising them
- Lead generation and appointment setting.
- Briefing customers about the different projects/products/services and understanding customer requirements.
- Taking Feedbacks and follow ups and customer service.
- Uploading enquiries generated through SMS & WhatsApp on Excel.
- Arranging meetings for the Sales team.
- Maintaining the data of calls backs for future leads
