Job Description:
· Create an open and learning environment
· Engage students through fun format and methodologies
· Create a professional journey for students & help achieve desired results
· Prepare candidates for the job market by designing assessments, mocks and resume writing
· Probe learners to ask questions and think deeply about concepts and their application in a real-life context
· Share the child's progress, needs, focus areas, interest areas with the team and suggest and seek feedback for the development
· Conduct engaging and interactive sessions on:
· Communication Skills (Verbal & Non-verbal)
· Body Language and Etiquette
· Public Speaking and Presentation Skills
· Confidence and Motivation Building
· Time Management and Goal Setting
· Interview Preparation and Group Discussions
· Team Building and Leadership Skills
· Prepare lesson plans and develop content as per Jetking's training modules.
· Assess student performance and provide regular feedback.
· Conduct mock interviews and personality assessments.
· Motivate and counsel students to overcome stage fear or low confidence.
· Coordinate with the placement team to align training with job requirements.
· Maintain records of training and student progress.
· Organize workshops and personality development events if required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Psychology, HR, or related field.
· Certification in soft skills or communication training is preferred.
· 2–5 years of experience in personality development, corporate training, or academic training.
· Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
· Energetic, patient, and empathetic trainer who can engage youth effectively.
· Passionate about student success and career building.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
