ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented Collection Agents to join our field operations team across Kerala. You will visit CK’s wholesale distributors and clients regularly within your assigned districts, build strong and lasting relationships, and drive timely payment collections. This is a field-intensive role for someone who is confident, personable, and skilled at building trust with business owners. Strong conversational and relationship-building skills are the most important qualities we are looking for.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Visit CK’s wholesale distributors and clients in assigned districts on a regular schedule
- Build and maintain warm, professional, and long-term relationships with distributor owners and their teams
- Follow up for timely payment of outstanding invoices and collect payments on behalf of CK’s
- Work to reduce overdue accounts and minimise outstanding receivables in the territory
- Discuss payment plans with distributors when needed and escalate unresolved cases to the Operations Manager
- Submit daily and weekly visit reports with payment status, amounts collected, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams on collection priorities and invoice queries
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate in any discipline
- Fresh graduates with internship experience welcome; Any relevant field sales or collections experience is an advantage
- Strong conversational and relationship-building skills in Malayalam — mandatory
- Confident, persistent, and professional in client interactions
- Reliable and honest in handling collected payments
- Basic smartphone usage — WhatsApp, email, Google Maps
- Own two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided)
