Eligibility Criteria
For Freshers
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- M.Sc. Nursing (Preferred)
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Passion for teaching and student development
For Experienced Faculty
- M.Sc. Nursing in relevant specialty
- Ph.D. Nursing (Preferred for senior positions)
- Teaching experience as per INC/TN Nursing Council norms
- Strong academic, clinical, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and clinical teaching
- Guide and mentor nursing students
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
- Supervise clinical postings and practical examinations
- Participate in research, publications, and academic activities
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional development
- Contribute to curriculum planning and student welfare initiatives
